## Machine-use rules

1. Begin with public pages and the public machine manifest. Do not infer private Canon, repository data, hidden scoring, unpublished Project context, or member-only package contents.
2. Preserve exact public labels and stable IDs.
3. Select a Scale and Practice answer only when the case evidence supports it.
4. Return INSUFFICIENT_SIGNAL rather than forcing a route.
5. Treat Practice as a deterministic orientation, not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or factual diagnosis.
6. Record the public site version and manifest schema version in evaluations.
7. Send accessibility defects, broken links, and reproducible interface failures through the public Feedback page.
8. Treat Patreon as a voluntary external support destination. Support does not purchase authority over Canon, findings, governance, publication, or deployment.
