The Paragon Compass

The Paragon Compass is an interactive diagnostic instrument. It helps locate where a consequence-return loop is breaking: model, capacity, responsiveness, relationship, action, residue, correction, behavioral proof, or alignment.

Use the Compass to ask: What system is acting? Where does consequence return? What cost is being delayed or displaced? What behavior changed?

1. Open the instrument

Begin at the closed lid. Open the Compass when you are ready to examine a real loop rather than browse a slogan.

2. Follow the Cycle

Use Start and Cycle to move through the guided sequence. Each location asks what must be true for correction to complete.

3. Check behavior

The loop is not complete because something was noticed. It completes when behavior changes under consequence and holds when pressure returns.
