Orientation

Paragon is a framework for seeing whether consequence is returning strongly enough to produce correction.

It is not a motivational system, personality model, therapy method, ideology, or moral identity. It is a diagnostic instrument. It asks where a system acts, where consequence returns, what cost is being delayed or displaced, and whether behavior actually changes.

The Compass helps locate the break in the loop. The books explain the structure. ParagonGPT lets readers ask questions inside the framework. AI Reflections explains how AI was used as a feedback instrument during the project. Feedback is where readers can send corrections, questions, and useful pressure back to the Authors.

Use the Compass

The Compass is the interactive diagnostic instrument. Use it to locate where a consequence-return loop breaks.

AI Reflections
